This heart revealed itself like a tiny world held in stone. As I studied it, the natural inclusions and internal lines formed distinct landscapes within the gem itself. On one side, the stone shows a scene that looks like a quiet lake meeting a tree-lined shore — flowing, reflective, and alive with depth. Turn it over, and the other side reveals what resembles an open meadow, gentle and grounded, like a peaceful field beneath soft light. These scenes are not imagined through color alone, but appear through the stone’s own natural markings, as if nature painted two landscapes inside one heart. I created the setting to intentionally showcase both sides, forming the gold into unbridled flowing lines, not to contain the stone, but to honor its organic shape and allow both of its hidden worlds to be seen and felt.
